- The maximum working temperature of the 101 and 202 electric constant temperature blast drying ovens is 300 ℃. It is suitable for baking, drying oven heat treatment, or other heating purposes. It is also a regular instrument in the laboratory.
- The working temperature of the drying oven can be increased from room temperature by 30 ℃ to the highest temperature. Within this range, the working temperature can be arbitrarily selected, and the temperature can be kept constant by the automatic control system inside the oven.
- The movement of the proportion of cold and hot air in the working room of the 202 type electric drying oven promotes convection, making the indoor temperature uniform. The 101 type electric constant temperature blower drying oven is equipped with an electric blower to promote mechanical convection of indoor hot air, making the indoor temperature more uniform.
- This drying oven has a precise structure, sensitive and accurate temperature control, and is easy to operate. It can be used in industrial, mining, and research institutions such as colleges and universities.
Instrument structure:
- The drying oven is composed of thin steel plates, and glass fiber is used as insulation material between the working chamber and the outer shell of the box. There is a double-layer glass in the middle of the box door for observing the situation inside the studio.
- Opening the exhaust valve on the top of the box allows for convective exchange of hot and cold air in the working room, and temperature control is automatically controlled by a thermal expansion controller or digital display instrument. All electrical control equipment is installed in the control layer on the box side. The control layer has side doors that can be removed for inspection or repair of circuits.
- The electric heater is installed under the working chamber inside the box, divided into two groups, namely "Heating 1" and "Heating 2", and has an indicator light to indicate the heating work. When the light is on, it indicates that the electric heater is working, and when the light is off, it indicates that the heating has stopped.
Usage and Attention
- After connecting the power supply, you can turn on 2 sets of heating switches, and then turn the temperature controller knob clockwise from the "0" position to the "100" index. At this time, the box starts to heat up, the indicator light is on, and the blower switch is turned on to make the blower work.
- When the temperature of the 101 and 202 drying ovens reaches the desired working temperature (observed from the thermometer in the exhaust valve hole), turn the temperature controller knob counterclockwise until the indicator light goes out. Fine tune clockwise again until the indicator light returns on. Repeatedly adjusting until the indicator light alternates between on and off is the constant temperature set point. At the beginning of constant temperature control, it is likely that the temperature will continue to rise, which is due to preheating effects. This phenomenon will stabilize in about half an hour. During the constant temperature process, an internal control thermostat is used to automatically control the temperature without manual management.
- After preparing the 101B drying oven as described above, turn the switch on the digital display panel to the "preset" setting for the desired operating temperature (observe the instrument display). After selection, turn the switch to "temperature measurement" to start working.
- When the temperature is constant, one set of heating switches can be turned off, leaving only one set of electric heaters working. To prevent excessive power from affecting the sensitivity of constant temperature.
- To observe the sample situation in the studio, you can open the outer door and use the glass door inside the box to observe. But it is advisable to keep the box door closed to avoid affecting the constant temperature and causing the glass to suddenly cool and burst.
- The box should be placed at an indoor level.
- One iron shell knife switch should be installed in the power supply line for the dedicated use of this box, and the outer shell should be grounded.
- Before powering on, check the electrical performance of this box and pay attention to whether there is any open circuit or leakage.
- When everything is ready, the test sample can be placed in. Close the box door and insert a thermometer into the exhaust valve hole on the top of the box. At the same time, open the exhaust valve with a gap of about 10m/m. At this point, the power can be connected and work can begin.
- Do not remove the side door arbitrarily, disturb or change the circuit. Only when the box malfunctions, the side door can be removed and checked one by one according to the circuit. If there is a major malfunction, please contact our factory.
- This box is a non explosion proof drying box, so it contains flammable and volatile substances. Do not put it inside the drying box to avoid explosion.
- Each drying oven is equipped with two sample shelves. The average load of the shelf is 15 kilograms. When placing the test sample, do not be too dense or overloaded to avoid affecting the convection of hot air. At the same time, the test sample cannot be placed on the bottom heat dissipation plate of the studio to prevent overheating and damage to the test sample.
